Lilac Inn This 1/4" kit includes 1/16" plywood to make the 2 story house with 3 balconies, windows,window boxes and plants, doors, railings, roofing, paper lace trim, sign, trim wood, flooring, wallpaper, and paper rugs. The size is 5 1/4" w x 4 1/8" d x 7 3/4" h. Cost is $120.
